For Sales within India

1. That all orders should clearly state-  1) Product Name  2) Product Code   3) Fabric   4) Size    5) Quantity
2. That SEWA Lucknow does not accept a single order below 10 pieces and that the per order value should not be less than Rs. 30000.00 (Rupees thirty thousand), €540 (Five hundred forty Euros) each.
3. That it is mandatory to send a formal order along with 40% value of the total single order as an advance which will not include - Packing, Forwarding and Transportation costs. No order will be entertained by SEWA Lucknow without receipt of 40% payment in advance. We do not accept payments through Cheques. We accept only a) Cash, b) Through bank Transfer c) Demand Drafts of Nationalized Banks (Payable at Lucknow)
4. That an order with an advance cannot be cancelled and that SEWA Lucknow will not make any refund.
5. That the products produced by SEWA Lucknow are made by hand and as such would require 90 to 120 days for production after receipt of your formal order and advance as mentioned above.
6. That SEWA Lucknow will charge on actual for- Packing and Forwarding. The actual amount will be intimated to the buyer.
7. That it will be the responsibility of the buyer to inform SEWA Lucknow about the choice / name of their transporter/courier.
8. That forwarding charges that a buyer will pay in actual would include only those charges that will be paid towards labour and local transportation costs from SEWA Lucknow’s premises to transporter’s /courier’s office within the city of Lucknow.
9. That the responsibility of SEWA Lucknow will seize once the consignment is handed over to the buyer’s choice of transporter/courier in Lucknow.
10. That the consignment will be delivered only after receipt of the balance 60% payment of the ordered amount plus packing and forwarding charges.
11. That SEWA Lucknow will not be responsible for making any kind of payments of whatsoever towards shipment of the consignments to the buyer’s transporter/courier for shipping the consignments from Lucknow to the buyer’s destination.
12. That incase a buyer requests SEWA Lucknow to pay the transporter/courier for the consignment then SEWA Lucknow will inform the buyer in advance of the required transportation/courier charges. A buyer in this case would have to send the required amount to SEWA Lucknow along with the rest of the payments as given in sl-8.
13. That the prices given the catalogue are subject to change without notice and that the prices ruling at the time of delivery will be charged.
14. That terms and conditions are subject to modifications and changes. Thus terms and conditions ruling at the time of orders / delivery will be applicable.

For Sales within India

1. That all the terms and conditions as mentioned for Sales within India from sl.1 to sl.13 remains the same for Sales outside India.
2. That all legal conditions, duties and charges or any other implications or any other norms of whatsoever as levied by The Government Of India and at the port of destination will be the buyer’s responsibility and shall have to be taken care of by the buyer alone and that a buyer will be fully responsible for the shipment from India to the port of destination.
3. That if required, a buyer will provide all required relevant documents and references to SEWA Lucknow that might be required for shipment.
4. SEWA Lucknow will not be responsible for any reason of whatsoever once the consignment is dispatched to a buyer’s choice of transporter/courier in India.
5. That terms and conditions are subject to modifications and changes. Thus terms and conditions ruling at the time of orders / delivery will be applicable.
